A.R.R.O.W.® is a unique Windows based Self-Voice® program which uses specific installation/sound setup procedures. Usually A.R.R.O.W.® is implemented through a memory stick which can be used either independently on laptop or desk-based computers, or networked throughout a school/college. A.R.R.O.W.® can offer, under certain circumstances, a set up service for non-computer literate persons.
